The house is perched above the French Broad River, across from the Biltmore Estate. It's near a park with bike paths leading into Downtown Asheville and New Belgium Brewery. Launch a tube from the new boat ramp directly across from the house.

1 26 westbound: Exit 1C Amboy Rd and go 1.2 miles. Upstream Way will be on your left. House # 30 is posted on the left hand side of the 1st floor entrance.
1 26 eastbound: Exit 2 W. Asheville. Left over the bridge and first right on Hanover St. Go 0.4 miles to the light and take a left on State St. At next traffic light take a left an go 0.3 miles. 30 Upstream Way will be on your left.
GPS will take you to our retreat as well.
