1 26 westbound: Exit 1C Amboy Rd and go 1.2 miles. Upstream Way will be on your left. House # 32 is posted on the left hand side of the 1st floor entrance.
1 26 eastbound: Exit 2 W. Asheville. Left over the bridge and first right on Hanover St. Go 0.4 miles to the light and take a left on State St. At next traffic light take a left an go 0.3 miles. 32 Upstream Way will be on your left.
GPS will take you to our retreat as well.

Bachelorette Weekend
Perfect place for a large group! Stayed for my bachelorette and enjoyed the house so much! Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, and hot tube and multiple balconies and living rooms spaces were an added bonus! Location is great, right by the river and close to downtown.
Perfect Spot for a Large Group
There are too many good things to say about this property! So clean! So spacious! Great location! The photos online don't do it justice honestly. We rented this house for a bachelorette party of 11 women and everyone absolutely loved their stay. At first, some of the women had sticker shock with the nightly rate, but we each had our own bed and there were beds to spare! Plus the 5 bathrooms made getting ready stress free! The multi level layout of the house made it feel like everyone had plenty of privacy. When we had a small issue, and contacted Jay, he came right over to help! The property management staff were quick to respond, easy to work with and beyond kind to us. I will definitely be staying at their properties in the future! If you are on the fence about renting one of these properties, do not hesitate! I promise it is worth it!
Bachelor Party
Loved stating here. Was a perfect place for my brother bachelor party and so rare to find a place with enough beds to sleep everyone.

Awesome spot for bachelorette trip!
We had a great stay at this air b and b. Perfect for a large group for a bachelorette party. Enough beds for everyone! Jay and staff were very responsive and helpful during our stay! I highly recommend.
Bachelor weekend in Asheville
We stayed there with about 15 guys and everyone had plenty of space, the house was huge and very clean, the outdoor spaces were fun, and it is on a street with other similar homes hosting large parties so no one was bothered by any noises we may have created. The hosts gave us plenty of info and checked in multiple times to make sure we were having a great stay and if we needed any recommendations. Would definetly recommend to a friend going ti Asheville with a large group.
Rented for Wedding Weekend
This is a great property with tons of comfortable beds, areas to hang out, a hot tub, and a great location in Asheville. I highly recommend!
Ashelorette
It was the cutest place and the perfect spot for our bachelorette group of 20 girls there. The owners were very quick to respond each time I reached out, extremely friendly, and helpful. You get a good leg work out with the stairs, :) but the design of the house is so fun!! The outdoor space with the couch and hot tub were awesome. I would definitely recommend this spot!

Wonderful Experience in Asheville
A group of friends and I stayed at this property. The location and house itself was gorgeous. Better than pictures even indicated! The hosts were among the most responsive and kind hosts I've experienced in the short-term rental market. I enjoyed every aspect of this stay. Could not recommend it more.
